• Co-founded and has been serving as CEO of the Redsun Capital Group since 2015.
• Served for 6 years as Managing Director of VinaCapital Corporate Finance Group and as CEO of VinaSecurities, an investment banking subsidiary of VinaCapital Group, with Macquarie as exclusive strategic partner for off-shore and onshore investment banking transactions.
• Served in executive positions at leading international investment banks - including Shearson Lehman Brothers, W.I. Carr, Merrill Lynch, and Nomura - responsible for the development and implementation of strategic cross-border underwriting and direct investment businesses for emerging markets in Asia.
• Co-founded and served as CEO of Global CyberSoft Inc., a provider of state-of-the-art IT services to a broad base of Fortune 500 customers and industry-leading companies in Europe, US, and Asia Pacific and Japan. With more than 500 software engineers, headquartered in Silicon Valley and three major development centers in Vietnam, Global CyberSoft was acquired by Hitachi Consulting Group in 2014.
